It undergoes fermentation in steel and oak, followed by an 11-month maturation in French oak, resulting in a rich finish and fleshy midpalate. This wine features a bright color with yellow and gold hues. Its aroma includes ripe oranges, bananas, tangerine peel, pineapple tarte tatin, and subtle wood notes. The taste profile boasts vibrant acidity with flavors of yellow citrus, pineapple, nectarines enhanced by woody textures. It finishes clean with refreshing acidity.
